POT HOLES

Good afternoon Derbyshire alert uses,

Whilst patrolling rural areas over the last fews days, there are numerous pot holes that pose a risk to road users.

In one location , recent highway works on Burton Road, outskirts of Rosliston towards the Forestry , had taken place yesterday but a large pothole has unfortunately been missed.

Residents are encouraged to report potholes directly via the Derby County Council website as this is the most effective way for issues to be logged and addressed by the highways team.

If you have the what3words app, like I do, then this can be used to provide an exact location, particularly on rural roads. Please ensure you only make reports when in safe surroundings and not at risk from traffic.
